Came with a 20 page booklet of band bio, photos, lyrics, discography. According to booklet, this was a limited release and the original plate was destroyed, and some copies had a slight skip on the song "Shutdown." From back cover: "All tracks performed live (first side 1-2-3-4 Starwood, 5 Great Gatsby. Second side 1-2 Hong Kong Cafe, 3 Fleetwood" [except final two tracks, which were from "Canterbury rehearsal"].
