This pair of majolica plates was made in Lodi by the Manifattura Ferretti and date back to c. 1760-1770. Shaped plates featuring a low heat decoration of flower bunches (with bright and well-defined colours). This type of decoration is well documented in the literature and in many important auctions.
The back has the typical blue brushstroke (so-called “nail”), signature of this manufactory.
Condition: excellent condition, intact.
Measurements: diameter 24 cm each.
