Handwritten manuscript of 2 two-sided sheets dated back to 1876, the Spanish Constitution was just passed then, in the reign of Alfonso XII.
It tells about several heirs of those days that share out both economic and material powers. They are aristocrats of those days explaining the quantities, lands and belongings of each one.
José García, a politician, lawyer and Chancellor of the Exchequer of Alfonso XII, participates as the main figure. Antonio Garcia and Miguel Alcázar, both heirs with significant percentages, are also documented. The document has the embossed seal of Alfonso XII in 1876.
