and itinerary of the march of the Vendean army to Granville, and of its return up to to its destruction at Savenay.
A handwritten note mentions that this copy was offered by the Abbot of Courgeon, parish priest of St Florent Chapel, and confidant of La Rochejaquelein.
Henri du Vergier, count of La Rochejaquelein, born on August 30, 1772, in Durbelière, near Châtillon-sur-Sèvre (Poitou) and killed January 28, 1794, in Nuaillé, is one of the leaders of the Vendée army during the war of Vendée, during the French Revolution.
