The antique wedding necklace is made of genuine, white, salt water, cultivated Akoya pearls from the early Mikimoto era. They have a delicate pink-colour lustre and a wonderfully preserved shine, they are individually knotted and arranged in a tapering order.
The wonderful Akoya pearls have a very beautiful, even surface with very tiny, natural growth features, which give them the charm of genuine, Japanese pearls.
The Akoya pearl necklace is opened and closed by a 14 kt Art Deco gold clasp with central Akoya pearl trim. The top side is white gold and the underside is yellow gold.
In very good, clean condition. The necklace falls softly and has only been worn on a couple of occasions.

Diameter of the Akoya pearls: 4.1 mm on the clasp rising up to 8 mm in the middle, approx. 90 ct in total
