Large Chinese porcelain famille rose-verte plate – China – Yongzheng period
On offer is a high quality made Chinese export porcelain plate dating from the Yongzheng period 1722-1735. Made for the rich, this plate has a very wide range color palette, using the colors dark blue, red, yellow, black, green, light blue and white, all on the glaze! Many details in gold such as the lotus flowers, peony and pumpkin. Fine Daoist elements like finger lemmon, censer, vase with peacock feathers, music stone and taihu rock. An exceptional example! At the back 2 stylized branches with peony flowers.
Condition: In fine condition! Only some rim-frits at the back rim of the plate. No hairlines, no restauration. Rings like a bell when tapped with finger nail.
Size: Measures about 22,8cm across.
