A very well made brass or bronze vajra, measuring circa 17½cm in length and weighing 334g. The vajra is a spiritual tool, derived from the Sanskrit words for diamond and thunderbolt, and it is both. This particular example is well enough cast and hand chiselled for us to suspect that it has been made for worship, not sale to tourists.
Condition: Very good, no damages or repairs.
