An entirely handwritten letter of Beniamino Gigli, a famous Italian tenor and actor, one of the most famous opera singers of the 20th century.
Letter written on December 15, 1948.
An entirely handwritten letter in which Beniamino Gigli writes to his friend Ruspa saying that it is superfluous to tell him how much he cares about the coming of his Rina to Reggio and that his art and his artistic qualities will fully confirm his reputation; yet his watchful eye of friend and true scholar lets him hope for a triumphant welcome and full affirmation even in his square; then he goes on to say that what will be done to his daughter will be like it was done to his father. He then greets and wishes happy holidays.
