On each print is the signature of Antoine de Saint Exupéry and a stamp of the "Succession Antoine de Saint-Exupéry".
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, born on 29 June 1900 in Lyon and who died in flight at sea off the coast of Marseille on 31 July 1944, died for France, was a French writer, poet, aviator and reporter. From 1932 onwards Saint-Exupéry devoted himself to journalism and air raids. His international reporting from Vietnam in 1934, Moscow in 1935, and Spain in 1936, influenced his reflections on humanistic values. ‘Terre des hommes’, published in 1939, received the Grand Prix of the Académie Française.
