Magnificent and rare liquor cabinet, Napoleon III period and style.
Externally plated in ebony and inside in mahogany.
Finished and adorned with inlaid brass.
It has two small bottles made of crystal or carved glass (base and stopper) as well as crystal or moulded glass, both pieces have two types of manufacture which gives it an even more elegant touch.
It has 1 silver glass. Minerva of first quality 925 purity. Decorated with a classic-inspired top head.
The silversmith's seal is not identifiable but it indicates that these pieces come from a goldsmith, who had its own manufacturing seal. Total weight: over 300 grams!
The ebony plating has small damages, invisible to the naked eye, but they were illuminated to show them.
It was given a layer of antiquarian wax, which gives the piece a spectacular black shine that together with the brass gild make the piece stand out.
The lock works, as it was checked.
