Nose: Fine, smooth. A model of balance between fruits, malted barley, beeswax and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg), the first nose shows a lot of presence. Gently, it evolves towards fruity and herbaceous regions (moss, lichen). This testifies to its great maturity. It continues on citrus fruits (orange, lemon).
Palate: Both lively and full of serenity. As a backbone, dark chocolate gives it a remarkable salivating and greedy bitterness. On the one hand, malted barley has its roots in a land that has just been plowed, on the other, many fresh fruits (apple, mirabelle plum, queen-claude, pear) evoke the time of bountiful harvests. After airing, it becomes honeyed and floral (lilac, lily of the valley).
Overall: Long, smooth. First, coconut milk and some red fruits (strawberries, raspberries) are spread all around the palate. In the whole aftertaste, fruit syrups (pineapple, clementine) accentuate the very pleasant sensation of freshness that emanates from it. The retro-nasal olfaction is marked by notes of tobacco and liquorice. The empty glass offers us to contemplate and breathe a bed of multiple flowers.
