A lot of six 500-ml bottles produced by different Italian companies.
1) FRANTOIO GALANTINO ‘FRUTTATO LEGGERO’ - PUGLIA
Extra virgin olive oil with a delicate taste, recommended for seasoning salads, fish, seafood, delicate dishes and generally for those who do not like strong flavours.
2) FRANTOIO LA SELVOTTA ‘ELECTUM’ - ABRUZZO
Produced with a blend of varieties grown on the farm: Peranzana, Gentile of Chieti and Nebbio. Medium fruity, green, well-balanced bitter and spicy of medium intensity.
3) FRANTOIO BONAMINI ‘SAN FELICE’ - VENETO
Produced with Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo varieties, it is a delicate fruity oil that goes well with white meats, soups in general, boiled vegetables, medium-aged cheeses.
4) AZIENDE AGRICOLE SCYAVURU - SICILY
The extra virgin oil is made from olives of the BIANCOLILLA variety harvested before full ripening, processed in a three-phase mill. The Biancolila cultivar gives rise to a very fine and delicate extra virgin olive oil, with hints of tomato leaf.
5) OLEIFICIO CISANO - MUSEUM ‘VIRIDE’ - VENETO
This extra virgin olive oil was called ‘Viride’ because that's how the ancient Romans called freshly squeezed oil, the freshest, the greenest, the most aromatic. Intense and fragrant, with pleasant floral and herbaceous notes, ideal to use raw on dishes with strong flavours. The ideal seasoning for seasonal vegetables, from artichokes to asparagus, but also for the great classics, such as a spaghetti garlic and oil or a simple bruschetta with fresh tomato.
6) FRANTOIO CORNOLEDA ‘GREEN SELECTION’ - VENETO
Tasty balanced and non-aggressive extra virgin oil, light-medium fruity, with green notes of freshly cut grass.
In the mouth it enters sweet with a note of almond, then grows harmonious and closes complex and clean on bitter and spicy aromas.
Delicate/Medium fruity, great on legume soups, cuttlefish with peas, beef carpaccio, asparagus omelette.
