Moulded, chiselled silver sugar cannister resting on a base. Two octagonal side handles. The pot-bellied body is decorated with flat bars, valances and foliage on a matte background. The hinged lid is curved, divided into several cartridges and worked with the same ornamentation as the body of the sugar cannister. The lid finial is in the shape of a leafy bud. The inside is gilded.
