ABOUT THE WINE
Grown at 6700 feet. This comes from vines that are over 60 years old.

Varietal: 100% Malbec
Origin: Argentina | Appellation: Finc Yacochuya, Valles Calchaquíes, Salta, Argentina
Elaboration: Harvested by hand in small picking boxes in the morning at low temperatures. Carefully selected on sorting belt and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 days, then left on its skin for 4 weeks.
Conservation: 100% in new French oak barrels for eighteen months. Bottled in November of 2009.
Winemaker: Marcos Etchart (Cafayate, Salta, Arentina) & Michel Rolland (Pomerol, Bordeaux, France).
