DR Congo.
Wooden Kusu male fetish. Well balanced sculpture with beautifully carved corpus, shoulders and headdress. Fine detailing of face expression, as well as beard and ornament above forehead. Fetish has been topped with a textured horn, used as receptacle for insertion of magical substances during tribal ceremonies.
