Elizabethan manuscript vellum indenture [Conveyance] dated 1597 between Thomas Barn to John Smith of one acre in Wallesham Mead in Pyrford (Purford) in the County of Surrey.
The indenture is in very good condition, it has been folded with creases to the folds, otherwise bright and clean, just remnants of the wax seals.
Scarce early intact Elizabethan indenture.
