This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is born in the Tenuta San Guido, on the hills of Bolgheri, near Livorno. The olives of the Leccino, Moraiolo, Pendolino and Frantoio varieties, entirely hand-picked, are pressed with the utmost delicacy, giving rise to a product with a veiled and medium-fluid appearance.
It is an oil with a yellowish colour with green reflections. On the nose it expresses notes of olive that mix with hints of withered herbs. In the mouth it is delicate and fruity, with hints of sage and tomato.
Ideal condiment for bruschetta and soups, it goes well with salads and steamed vegetables. Also excellent for frying.
