Mi dispiace che ti senti in questo modo. Ho comunque messo € 20,00 all'interno del pacco, strano che tu non lo menzioni. E le immagini sono esattamente le stesse degli orologi che hai ricevuto. Se non fossero stati, sono sicuro che avresti aperto una disputa. Ottieni i fatti dritto maestro.

Dear Sir, this is NOT a fake, The reason you give me a negative feedback is because you found the same watch cheaper, with a box and with papers, and mine didn't. That you payed too much for it I believe you have yourself to blame for it. But yes blame somebody else for your fault, that will help.

Je suis désolé que vous ressentiez de cette façon à propos de la sangle, c'est la sangle d'origine Michael Kors mais comme indiqué dans ma description, elle est légèrement ternie. Comme il s'agit de cuir, vous pouvez toujours l'essuyer rapidement avec un chiffon humide ou utiliser un peu de cirage blanc pour l'animer à nouveau.

mi sta dando qualche feedback negativo per ottenere il tuo orologio più velocemente? No non lo fa. Ti ho inviato un messaggio in cui dichiaro che è in corso un'indagine per trovare il pacco dell'orologio. Mi dispiace che non vada veloce come te o vorrei che fosse, ma non è nelle tue mani né nella mia . Ti ho chiesto pazienza e chiaramente non ne hai. Spero che sarai così gentile da rimuovere questo aspetto negativo, se provi che il tuo orologio è andato perso riceverai un rimborso senza alcun problema. Proprio come te, sto anche aspettando il risultato dell'indagine. È strano però che io abbia solo quel problema in Italia e mando orologi in tutto il mondo.

does giving me this negative feedback any good in getting your watch faster? NO it does not. I sent you a message stating that an investigation is under way to find the parcel your watch is in. Sorry that it doesn't go as fast as you or I would want it to be, but it is not in your hands nor in mine. I asked you for patience and clearly you have none. I hope you'll be so kind as to remove this negative, if it proves that your watch has been lost you will get a refund without any problem. Just like yourself I am also waiting in the outcome of the investigation. It's strange though that I only have that problem in Italy and I send watches all over the world.

Isso é o que a GLS faz se você não estiver em casa uma segunda vez (depois disso, eles deixam isso no Parcelshop mais próximo para você pegar qualquer momento que você quiser), todas as minhas encomendas são abordadas com um destino residencial como o seu. that is what GLS does if you are not at home a second time (after that they drop it off at the nearest Parcelshop for you to pick up any time you like), all my parcels are addressed with a residential destination just like yours. I am sorry that you need to give me a negative feedback over something that has nothing to do with me but everything with the fact that postage to the manufacturer costs £35.00, I have no reason to believe that the watch will not be fully repaired by them or replaced if it needs to be. And all that for a watch that has a RRP of £399.00 which you got in auction for €47.00. I have other clients who bought the exact same watch and there has never been any problem with them and they are more than happy too. Oh and for your information, Chinese movements don't have 20 jewels in them.

Mi dispiace che tu debba darmi un feedback negativo su qualcosa che non ha nulla a che fare con me, ma tutto con il fatto che le spese postali per il produttore costano £ 35,00, non ho motivo di credere che l'orologio non sarà completamente riparato da li sostituiti o se necessario. E tutto questo per un orologio che ha un prezzo di vendita di £ 399,00 che hai messo all'asta per € 47,00. Ho altri clienti che hanno acquistato lo stesso orologio e non c'è mai stato nessun problema con loro e sono anche più che felici. Oh, e per tua informazione, i movimenti cinesi non contengono 20 gioielli.
